Ingredients for delicious low-carbohydrate Maigrevit® pizza base mix

 125 ml water

250 gram Maigrevit® low-carbohydrate pizza base mix

One tablespoon olive oil

Teaspoon of salt

 

 Cooking method

knead the mix into a round ball

roll the dough into all directions or use a dough roller to create a flat base

slightly turn up the outside edge of the base

preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius

bake the pizza base for circa 30 minutes

use one of the recommended toppings

Proteins                      10.5 grams

Fats                             10.5 grams

For those who like garlic. Or to be eaten if you will be alone for at least 12 hours or if everyone is eating the same pizza. Even the low-carbohydrate base is soaked with garlic. The base is made from low-carbohydrate pizza base mix. Topping:

 The two characteristics of being overweight are excess fat stores and excessive body weight compared to body          height. Though there must be a combination of these two characteristics. For example, it is possible to have excess  body weight without having large stores of fat.
